Classical aesthetic, everlasting elegance, a sparkling legacy to pass on
Tesiro is a joint venture of the world's largest diamond processing company from Europe, Eurostar Diamond Traders NV. Operating nearly 400 stores in major cities, it is a well-known high-end jewelry brand in China. For the new retail planning guidelines, Cogitoimage Shanghai has been chosen to be its design team.
In response to “timeless treasure”, the core value of Tesiro brand, the space design took inspiration from the diamond legacy in European culture, passed-on for centuries. A novel approach to portray classical arches was used for the shop windows with symbols extended onto the glasses, developing a layered, multi-dimensional translucent aesthetic. The interior in walnut brown with matching champagne tones, the balanced and symmetrical layout showed European elegance. Chromed wood and customized furniture in velvet carried a reflection of restrained luxury. In contrast, the conversation and seating area was suited to the living room concept so customers can experience the full service in comfort and privacy.
The end result took into account space efficiency, brand image and modular design requirement for retail planning guidelines. By introducing the digital experience concept, blending tradition with innovation, the brand personality was brought out with uniqueness.
